Tiramisu Recipe No Egg

This eggless recipe for the best strawberry tiramisu is a delightful dessert that is both light and refreshing.

heavy cream

confectioners sugar

Combine the sliced strawberries, jam, sugar, water, orange juice, orange zest, and water in a food processor.

Step 1

Blend the strawberry sauce until smooth. In another bowl, beat the mascarpone and heavy cream until combined and smooth.

Step 2

In an electric mixer bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks and add sugar. Beat again until incorporated.

Step 3

Fold the mascarpone mixture gently into the whipped cream mixture. Mix them gently until fully combined.

Step 4

Dip the ladyfinger biscuits into the strawberry puree but don't oversoak. Arrange them at the bottom of the baking dish.

Step 5

Spread the mascarpone-whipped cream mixture gently and evenly over the layers of the ladyfinger biscuits.

Step 6

Add the strawberry slices at the top and repeat the process of soaking biscuits, spreading the cream, and adding strawberries.

Step 7

Top the layers with the mascarpone cream and spread evenly. Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
