Ingredients

heavy cream

paprika

green onions

Drizzle and rub the olive oil on the prepared potatoes.

Step 1

Bake the potatoes and let them rest.

Step 2

Scoop out the inside of the potatoes.

Step 3

Combine the filling ingredients and the scoop inside of the potatoes into a large mixing bowl.

Step 4

Use an electric mixer to mix the filling.

Step 5

Season the potato shells and add the fillings inside.

Step 6

Top the potatoes with cheese and bake again.

Step 7

Taste the filling and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper before stuffing the potatoes.
