Pappardelle pasta Olive oil Onion Garlic Mushrooms Thyme Rosemary Mascarpone cheese Parmigiano Heavy cream Salt and Pepper

Sauté the onion, garlic, chopped mushrooms, and herbs in a skillet with olive oil. 

Step 1

Stir in the mascarpone, cream and parmigiano cheese and cook for 2-4 minutes.

Step 2

Cook the pappardelle pasta in a large pot of boiling water.

Step 3

Drain the pasta and cooked it in the mushroom sauce.
