Best Beef Chili Recipe

Perfect for fall and winter, this Italian Chili is a crowd-pleasing recipe that's easy to prepare with simple ingredients.

You are about to fall in love with this Italian version of chili con carne. It’s hearty and has a great mix of spices that will wow your dinner guests or make a perfect winter meal for your family.


Olive oil Onion Garlic Celery Carrots Green pepper Italian spices Chili powder Ground beef Crushed Tomato with Basil Kidney beans Water Salt and Pepper Bay leaves For Serving: Parsley, Basil, Mascarpone Cheese, Parmigiano Cheese 


Cook the onions, garlic, celery, carrots, peppers, Italian spices, and chili powder and stir for  5-6 minutes. 

Step 1

Add the ground meat and stir it in with the vegetables while breaking it into crumbles.

Step 2

Add and stir the Tuttorosso Crushed Tomato with Basil, kidney beans, bay leaves, and water. Then let it simmer.

Step 3

Taste and adjust seasoning to your preference then remove bay leaves.

Step 4

Add a blob of mascarpone and sprinkle Parmigiano, basil, and parsley when serving.

Step 5

Beef Chili Tips:

Serve hot with delicious bread!

Best served with a dollop of mascarpone cheese
