Classic Pesto with Fresh Arugula

 If you want to ditch your usual go-to pesto recipe and try something new, this arugula pesto is just the thing!

This arugula pesto is so simple, yet so delicious! You can stuff it into pasta, sandwich it between two slices of bread, or drizzle it over your favorite grilled meat and veggies.


Arugula leaves Shelled walnuts Virgin olive oil Fresh lemon juice Salt Pepper salt


Place the arugula into the food processor and squeeze the lemon juice.

Step 1

Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Add the walnuts. Then secure the lid and process the ingredients.

Step 3

Secure the lid again and drizzle olive oil. 

Step 4

Process until smooth. Then transfer the mixture into a glass jar for storing.

Step 5

Classic Pesto Tips:

Store pesto in jars or airtight container in the refrigerator for about a two weeks.
