Creamy and Spicy Sauce- Perfect for Gnocchi, Polenta, or Pasta
Gnocchi are the perfect pillow for soaking up a delicious sauce. This sauce encompasses big and bold flavors, a little creamy, slightly spicy, pinch of herb, and fresh roasted red peppers! To make this sauce stand out in all the right ways I use Amore Brand Sun-Dried Tomato Paste, Red Chili Pepper Paste and Ready-to-Eat Grilled Peppers. Amore Brand ready-to-eat vegetables blend sun-dried Tuscan tomatoes that gives this sauce a “fresh from the garden” flair.
Italian cooking spans in range from sweet to savory to spicy. Some of the best loved Italian dishes add a bit of heat with spices. Amore’s spicy blend of Chili Pepper Paste is made with chili peppers grown in Puglia, along with olive oil and salt. It's a pure chili taste that adds the kick you need for that warm and spicy flavor. The Ready-to-Eat Grilled Peppers are herb infused and colorful, with a mix of red and yellow they add a bright pop of color to the sauce. I love using Amore products to make this sauce taste special and authentic.
