Ingredients 

  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar, or freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon homemade Italian seasoning, store bought is also fine
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions 

Combine Ingredients:

  • In a small bowl or jar with a tight-fitting lid, add the olive oil, red wine vinegar or lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, oregano, and Italian seasoning (if using).

Season:
