Welcome to Cucina By Elena! Let’s cook and bake together while gathering those you love in your Cucina (kitchen). The heart and soul of this beautiful blog is not changing! There is simply a new brand name that represents me and this brand. I invite you to read the following post for more information about the name change from Mama Mia Mangia to Cucina By Elena. The emails you will receive in the future will come from the name Cucina By Elena, so KEEP that in mind when you see the emails from a new name! Don’t worry, it’s still me! The URL name change and social media name changes will occur in the next few days. YOU are the first to know!

Why the Name Change to Cucina By Elena?

Without getting into too many details, I made the decision to change my name to protect my brand in the future from wrongful copying without permission or consent (sadly, people like steal authentic and creative content). This was not a decision that came easily, but it is an essential step in continuing the space I’ve built and desire to grow in the future. A piece of my heart will always stay with the name Mama Mia Mangia! I see this change as a an opportunity for great new beginnings. Stay tuned as the website is also getting a “glow up” in the coming months with features to making the website more interactive and approachable for your needs! Check back often and keep making and sharing the delicious recipes you’ve grown to love.

⭐️ I didn’t realize what a challenge it would be or the implications of changing the domain name on my new, yet fast growing, website. Despite the setbacks my website will experience, I know that choosing this path will be worth it in the end for all of us here! I sincerely appreciate all your support up to this point and I am eager for the future with all of you and the many more friends that will come here.
